At Nestuo, every product is crafted with care and made to order. As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage. Please review our policy below for further details.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preferences.
- Please carefully review your order details, including product specifications, before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
- To request a replacement for defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Report an Issue
- Email us at support@nestuo.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the defect or damage.
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement for the item at no additional cost to you.
4. Exceptions
- Size Variance: A slight size variation of +/- 2″ may occur due to the production process. This is a natural part of crafting custom products and does not affect the quality or usability of the item.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal due to the production process and are not considered defects.
- Claims submitted beyond the 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement.
